HELP ON UPLOADING DOCUMENTS
If you receive an error attempting to upload or download
files from your private folder do the following:
1. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, Go to
Tools
and click Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced
Tag
3. Locate the "Use Passive
FTP for compatibility with some firewalls and DSL modems"
which is usually under "Browsing"
category.
4. Click the box to add a check mark.
5. Click "Apply"
